April 7, 2002.  Firefighters were dispatched to 12965 Claxton Dr. for a reported townhouse on fire with possible people trapped.  First arriving units encountered a working kitchen fire .  Crews searched the house and found that all occupants had exited safely.  The fire was quickly knocked down but the entire house suffered extensive smoke and heat damage.
