Crew enter house to extinguish room fire

The house is left to burn after the interior drills were completed

November 22, 2003.  The LVFD conducted live fire training at 495 8th Street on Saturday.  The house, given to the city of Laurel, was used for police and fire training drills throughout the last few months.  LVFD's training consisted of several interior fire attack drills from pulling up on the scene to extinguishing the fire.  Live fire training provides new as well as veteran members the chance to practice fire fighting skills.
