Welcome to the Laurel Volunteer Fire Department's 100th Anniversary Information Center.  This site will be used as the official source of information for our year long celebration of our 100th anniversary.  The celebration kicks off in January 2002.

While our 100th birthday is October 13th, 2002, preparation is well under way for a monumental celebration.  Each month in 2002, the LVFD will have an event celebrating 100 years of "service for others".  These events will involve the public as well as the membership of the LVFD.

Coming soon will be a schedule of these events and other exciting details.  For more information on the celebration or if interested in participating please contact the LVFD Centennial chairperson and president Jimmy Collins.
