May 12th 2001.  The 21st. Annual Main St. Festival began as usual with an old fashion parade including lots of fire trucks and marching bands.  LVFD members and their families filled the engines and tower for the ride down Main Street.  After the parade, the LVFD set up for the day on 6th Street so that festival goers could check out the trucks and talk to members.

The Main Street Festival marked the kick off for the 7th Annual Classic Corvette Raffle.  This years Vette is a 1967 Stingray.  The car will be given away at next year's Main Street Festival.  The Classic Corvette Raffle is the LVFD's major fund raising effort for the year.  Your support is greatly appreciated.
